Soulmate

“A soulmate is someone who has locks that fit our keys, and keys to fit our locks. When we feel safe enough to open the locks, our truest selves step out and we can be completely and honestly who we are; we can be loved for who we are and not for who we’re pretending to be. Each unveils the best part of the other. No matter what else goes wrong around us, with that one person we’re safe in our own paradise. Our soulmate is someone who shares our deepest longings, our sense of direction. When we’re two balloons, and together our direction is up, chances are we’ve found the right person. Our soulmate is the one who makes life come to life.“ — Richard Bach

Perhaps not a soul mate because I am still not sure I believe in that but certainly he could be the one I share my inner thoughts with, someone I feel safe with, someone I can be myself with, someone who makes me feel more alive than anything.

He’s out there … somewhere.

  1. Soulmates are follies, they’re just as true as fairytales

    • I don’t quite beleive in the hollywood term of soulmate but there is someone special out there.

  2. I believe in soul mates 🙂

and yes he is out there somewhere and i’m waiting to find him or he finds me.

    • My mother always told me, “Good things come to those who wait”. I believe it’s just a matter of time.

  3. I have found my soulmate. The day we met i can’t describe in words, it was beautiful… like…coming home. We are still best friends today, ten years later. When you find your soulmate words can’t describe what you feel when you are together. Everything around you vanishes and there’s only one thing that’s important… that moment when you are with them! 🙂
